Willow Fungus sometimes called Tree Konk.
A special fungus from the Northern Plains that grows on the bark of the White Willow Trees. Its’ spirit is of the tree medicine raising, clearing and communication. It can be used as a smudge and one of its main qualities is that it shifts the whole vibration of the space you are in so that there is a clearer communication with the Great Spirit. Another attribute of this medicine is that it cleanses and releases, negative or suppressed energy. It is harvested with prayers and offerings, in the traditional way by Cree medicine men for gathering of natural ways.
